How to respond to an eNPS survey on PayFit

Step 1: Access your eNPS survey

To respond to the eNPS survey, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the redirect link received via email inviting you to log into your PayFit account.

  2. Go to the Performance & Engagement section.

  3. Click on the line with the orange icon - the survey name is set by your company.

Step 2: Understand the survey interface

In the eNPS survey interface, you'll find the following information:

  • Survey details: Take note of the deadline for submitting your response. It's important to respond before this date, so your feedback is accounted for.

  • Response anonymity: Your responses are processed anonymously to guarantee your confidentiality.

    Example of an eNPS survey question: On a scale of 1 to 10, would you recommend your company as a place to work?

Step 3: Submit your response

To submit your response to the survey:

  • Choose your score: Click on the number that best reflects your opinion.

  • Add a comment (optional): You can add a comment to provide more details about your assessment or share specific suggestions.

Step 4: Finalise and send your response

After selecting your score and writing a comment (if you choose to add one):

  • Click Send response to finalise your participation in the survey.

  • You'll receive an email notification confirming that your response has been successfully recorded.
