1. What is Pleo?

Pleo offers smart company cards and software that help businesses manage their expenses efficiently. Employees use Pleo cards to pay for work-related purchases, whilst you can easily track, control, and automate expenses in one centralised platform.

2. What does integration allow?

The PayFit x Pleo integration synchronises employee data between both platforms, enabling you to:

  • Invite new employees to use Pleo in just a few clicks

  • Automatically deactivate and block Pleo accounts for employees who leave the company

This eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures maximum security for your employee data.

3. Who can benefit from integration?

This integration is designed for businesses that use both PayFit and Pleo.

4. How to activate the integration?

Follow these steps to connect Pleo with your PayFit account:

  1. Log in to your Pleo account

  2. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand sidebar

  3. Select Integrations

  4. Search for PayFit

  5. Click the Connect button

  6. You'll be redirected to the Kombo interface where you'll need to:

    1. Connect your PayFit account to Pleo via an OAuth flow

    2. Accept the data synchronisation permissions

  7. Wait for the connection to complete (this can take up to 20 seconds)

  8. Once successful, the first synchronisation will begin automatically
