A Simpler Way to Contact Support: All Requests Now Go Through PayFit Copilot

We’re excited to share an update that will make getting help even smoother and faster for you!

⭐ What’s changing?

Starting 10th December, the help centre request form will no longer be available. Instead, all support requests will now be handled directly through PayFit Copilot, your smart support assistant available right inside your PayFit account.

💡 Why this change?

Centralising all support requests in Copilot lets us offer you a more streamlined, efficient experience:

  • One single place to get help

  • Instant 24/7 AI answers before creating a ticket

  • Faster access to live chat during opening hours

  • A smoother, more intuitive journey overall

📨 How to submit a request now

You can still submit a support form request, it’s just moving to a better home!

  1. Open PayFit Copilot (bottom-right of your PayFit screen)

  2. Click “Send a Request”

  3. You’ll be instantly guided to live chat (when available) or to the ticket form

  4. Submit your request as usual

Your support form isn’t gone, it’s just now inside Copilot for a more seamless experience.

💬 What if I prefer the old form?

No worries, the process stays just as simple. The only difference is where the form lives. Copilot helps surface relevant answers instantly, and if you still need us, the “Send a Request” button takes you straight to the ticket creation flow.
