This article explains how to update your personal information, including your bank account details and email address. There's no need to contact your payroll administrator to do so.
Update your personal information
Within your PayFit account, you can update your name, phone number and home address. To do this:
Log in to your PayFit account.
From the bottom-left, click your name, then Personal settings.
On the Profile tab, click Edit personal information.
Make any necessary changes.
Tick the I certify that my personal information is exact box, then click Save changes.
Update your email address
Your PayFit account may have been set up using your professional or work email address, which means that if you leave the company, you may no longer be able to log in. If you'd like to change your email address to your personal email address or an updated email address, you can do this in your PayFit account:
Note: If you've already left the company and you can no longer access your account, you'll need to ask your payroll team to contact PayFit to change your email address.
Log in to your PayFit account.
From the bottom-left, click your name, then Personal settings.
Click the Login & Security tab.
Enter your new email address, then click Update.
You'll receive an email confirmation to your updated email address.
Update your bank account details
To update your bank account details:
Log in to your PayFit account.
From the bottom-left, click your name, then Personal settings.
Click the Payment information tab.
Update your relevant bank account details, then click Save changes.
Can't see these options?
Your administrator can restrict some areas of your employee space. If you're unable to update any of your personal information within your employee space, please contact your payroll department.
