Troubleshooting PayFit account login issues

To access PayFit, you'll need to log in. There are four user types that can log in to a PayFit account. They are:

  • Administrator: manage the company payroll

  • Accountant: access financial information and documents

  • Manager: manage team absence requests, expense requests, etc.

  • Employee: access payslips, payroll documents, leaves and expenses

If you have trouble logging in, please follow the instructions below that match your situation.

I can't add my biometric data

If you encountered a problem entering your biometric data while creating your account, please restart your account creation. To do this, click the link in your invitation email again.

Biometric registration can fail due to network issues. If you continue to have problems registering your data, click Try again later. You'll be prompted again to register your biometric data in a few days. For more information about setting up two-factor authentication (2FA), please refer to our Help Centre article.

I haven't logged in to my PayFit account since May 2023

Please click Forgotten password to reset your password.

No admins at my company can log in

Still having trouble logging in?

If none of the above situations apply, you might fall into one of the following scenarios:

  • My company uses PayFit, I have an account, but I can't log in

  • My company uses PayFit, but I've left the company

  • My company no longer uses PayFit

  • I didn't activate my account within 30 days of receiving my invite

  • I'm not sure if I have a PayFit login

To solve this, first, use the Forgotten password option. If you don't receive an email, or still can't log in, contact a PayFit administrator at your company. They can:

  • Tell you if you've activated your account already,

  • Tell you which email address you registered with

  • Send a new invitation to activate your account

  • Disable your activated account and re-invite you with a new email address
