What is the interactive payslip?
The interactive payslip helps you understand your payslip better. Simply click on any line to get detailed explanations of what each section and amount means. It's designed to make payslips clearer for both administrators and employees.
How do I access the interactive payslip?
For administrators: Go to My employees, find the employee you need, and click View payslip. You can also access it through Run my payroll → Check payslips → View my interactive payslip.
For employees: The button is accessible from the Payslips section in their employee space.
The interactive payslip shows the same information for everyone and works automatically - no setup required.
Which payslips have the interactive mode available?
Interactive mode is available for all payslips from June 2025 onwards. Payslips created before this date don't include the interactive feature.
Is the interactive payslip mode available on mobile?
Interactive mode is not currently supported on mobile devices. You can access this feature on desktop or tablet.
