What is the interactive payslip?
The interactive payslip is a feature that allows you to get detailed explanations by clicking directly on payslip lines.
This feature helps administrators and employees better understand the different sections and amounts shown on payslips.
How do I access the interactive payslip?
For administrators: The button to open an employee's interactive payslip is available from the "My employees" section via the "View payslip" button on each employee record.
The button is also available from the "Run my payroll" > "Check payslips" menu.
For employees: The button is accessible from the "Payslips" section in their employee space.
💡 The information displayed on the payslip is the same for administrators and employees.
No prior configuration is required. The interactive payslip is automatically activated by default for all PayFit accounts.
Which payslips have interactive mode available?
The interactive payslip is available on all payslips from June 2025 onwards.
Please note: The interactive payslip is not available on payslips prior to June 2025.
Why are some lines not clickable?
Currently, only the main payslip lines have detailed explanations in interactive mode.
We're working on gradually expanding the interactive payslip to cover more sections.

Is the interactive payslip available on archived payslips?
No, interactive mode is not available on previous payslips archived in your documents.
It's only available on payslips in "preview" mode before payroll closure for administrators, and on monthly payslips once payroll has been closed for employees.
