1:1 Feature: Stay in Sync with Check-Ins

The 1:1 feature helps you create, manage, and complete personalised questionnaires for your check-ins with managers and colleagues. It's your dedicated tool for staying aligned, prepared, and productive.

Feature Overview

✅ Complete meeting questionnaires shared by your manager or collaborators to stay organised and focused on key discussion points

✅ Create your own 1:1 templates

✅ Sync your 1:1s directly to your Google Calendar

How to Access the 1:1 Feature

  1. Log into your Employee Space

  2. Head to the Performance & Engagement tab (left-hand menu)

  3. Click on the 1:1 button

Here you will see your current 1:1 and past submissions.

Creating a New 1:1

To kick off a new check-in:

  1. Go to Performance & Engagement

  2. Click 1:1s

  3. Select Create a 1:1

  4. Choose your participant(s) and click Set Questions

Once your participants have been selected you can start customising your 1:1

Customising Your 1:1

Personalise your check-in by adding the right questions. You can choose from:

  • Text (open responses)

  • Linear Scale (e.g. rate from 1–5)

  • Multiple Choice

  • Mood Scale​

Preview your form anytime by clicking Preview Questions

Pro Tip: Save time by reusing an existing template!

Set Your 1:1 Frequency

Before finalising, select how often you'd like the meeting to recur:

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Bimonthly

Stay Notified & Synced

Never miss a check-in! You can customise reminders and notifications:

  1. Go to Settings (top-right of the 1:1 page)

  2. In the Email Notifications section, toggle reminders to fill in your 1:1

  3. Enable alerts for:

    • Comments added to your 1:1

    • New topics added

Pro Tip: From Settings, integrate your 1:1s directly into your Google Calendar


Email Notifications

Once a 1:1 is completed, you'll receive an email prompting you to view and respond to your meeting from your 1:1 space.


Objectives (Goals): Track Your Growth

Feature Overview

✅ You or your Manager can Set clear objectives

✅ Track and manage your progress

✅ You can modify the title, description, or deadline at any time

How to Create a Goal

  1. Go to Performance & Engagement

  2. Click Objectives

  3. Click Create, then select Goal

Fill in the following:

  • What you want to accomplish

  • How you plan to achieve it (optional)

  • Deadline for the goal

Click Create Objective to save it.

Track and Modify Your Goals

To view and manage your goals:

  1. From your Personal Space, click Objectives

  2. Click any item to open details

  3. Click the three dots next to a goal to:

    • View details

    • Edit the objective

    • Update progress

    • Archive it

If Objectives are changed at a later date, simply hit Save Changes once you're done.


Add Comments & Update Progress

To keep a running log of updates:

  1. Click a goal

  2. Scroll to the Activity section to add comments

To update progress:

  1. After clicking a goal, Click Submit Progress

  2. Adjust progress:

    • Status (e.g., in progress, completed)

    • Progress percentage

    • Notes on recent developments​

Your Objectives View

From your Personal Space, you'll see:

  • Active Goals

  • Archived Goals

To archive a goal, click the three dots next to it and select Archive.

Even when a goal is 100% complete, it will remain marked as an Active objective until it is manually archived.
