Only clients under our Premium plan have access to the eNPS survey. Survey results are only visible to Administrators to guarantee data confidentiality.

Step 1: Access results via the survey list

Go to Performance & Engagement > Surveys. On your dashboard, you'll find the complete list of your surveys with their status:

  • Active: surveys currently collecting responses

  • Inactive: suspended surveys

  • Drafts: surveys being created

Click on the name of the desired survey to access its detailed results and for a global overview of scores and detailed responses for each question.

Step 2: Explore scores by theme

Quick navigation by theme if they are set up

1️⃣ From your dashboard, click directly on a specific theme's score.

2️⃣ This action takes you directly to questions related to that theme.

Example: By clicking on the "Management" score, you'll view all questions relating to team management and their associated results.

Step 3: Understand engagement indicators

Available metrics

πŸ“Š eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score)

  • Indicator of company loyalty and recommendation

  • Score calculated between -100 and +100

  • Breakdown: Promoters (9-10), Neutrals (7-8), Detractors (0-6)

πŸ“ˆ Thematic engagement scores

  • Detailed measures by domain (management, recognition, company vision, etc.)

  • Customisable scale according to your survey parameters.

πŸ“‹ Participation indicators

  • Participation rate: percentage of employees who responded

  • Completion rate: percentage of complete responses

Step 4: Analyse responses in detail

For each question, you can view:

  • Score distribution: graphical breakdown of responses

  • Anonymous comments: qualitative feedback from your employees

  • Evolution over time: comparison with previous surveys (if available)

How to deepen the analysis:

1️⃣ Click on a specific question to see response details.

2️⃣ Analyse comments to understand the context behind scores.

3️⃣ Identify recurring trends in feedback.

Step 5: Identify trends and define actions

Use your data to take action:

πŸ” Comparative analysis

  • Compare results between different themes

  • Identify strengths and areas for improvement

  • Observe score evolution over time

πŸ“Š Action prioritisation

  • Focus on themes with the lowest scores

  • Consider comments to understand root causes

  • Define targeted corrective actions

πŸ’‘ Progress tracking

  • Plan follow-up surveys to measure the impact of your actions

  • Use automatic recurrence for regular monitoring

Regular analysis of your engagement survey results enables you to make informed decisions to improve your team's satisfaction and performance. Use this feedback to build a more fulfilling work environment.
