Only clients under our Premium plan have access to objectives. This article is intended for PayFit account managers.
What does the objective tracking management module allow?
Once objectives are defined, team members will be able to add them to PayFit from their personal space, allowing you to track their progress.
As a manager, you also have the ability to create objectives for your team members and update their progress. If the PayFit administrator has enabled this option, objective evaluation can be included in performance review campaigns.
How to access the objective tracking module?
The objective tracking module can be found in the Performance & Engagement menu > Your Team. You can access your team's objectives via the Objectives filter.
To view a specific team member's objectives, you need to select the team member in question next to the Your Team button.
Creating an objective
Go to the Performance & Engagement menu, then select the relevant team member next to the Your Team button, then click on Create and choose Objective.

Then specify:
The objective to accomplish.
Clear and measurable results.
The date by which the objective must be achieved.
Once all the information is filled in, click on Create objective.
You can modify objectives later if you need, but once the objective is created, your team members will be able to view it from their space.
Viewing and modifying objectives
You can view your team members' objectives at any time from your space in the Performance & Engagement menu via the All or Objectives filter. By clicking on an objective, you can see the details.
To modify an objective, click on the objective you wish to modify and then click on Edit objective in the top right. It's also possible to modify the objective by clicking on "..." and then on Edit objective. You can then change the title, description and deadline. Once modifications are made, click on Save changes.
Updating objectives
To do this, click on the objective then on Update. You can also click on "..." then on Update. You can then update the objective's status, add progress made and the progression percentage. Once modifications are made, click on Save changes.
You can also add a comment in the "Activity" field by clicking on the objective.
Finding and archiving objectives
To archive an objective, click on "..." then on Archive.
Managing objectives in performance reviews
If this option has been enabled by the administrator, during performance reviews with your team members, you can comment on and view the progress of their objectives in the dedicated section.
