You must tell HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) if you change your name, business name or your personal or trading address.

HMRC Obligations when Changing Company Name or Address
You'll need to log into your HMRC portal to update the company name/ company address, ensuring you’ve updated your details for all of the taxes and schemes you’re registered for. Specific HMRC guidance can be found here.
Changing Company name or address in PayFit
To change your company name go to Company settings > HMRC Information > edit the Company name > Press Save.
To change your company address, go to Company settings > HMRC Information > Edit Address > Input New Address > Press Save.
