How to create a Custom report in the PayFit app

πŸ‘‰ In the category Reports > Custom reports section, you can view and compare data from tables or graphs. Thanks to these graphs and tables you can follow the evolution of salaries, your employees gross to net, pay elements, as well as pay elements for example bonuses, commissions and other additional payments.

Employee custom report

An employee report is a record that details an employee's payroll history. To create your first report, navigate to Reports > Custom reports > Add a report.

You will have to fill in a title, choose to see the information for employees, the dimensions you wish to see in your report (contributions, salaries, bonuses, etc.) and finally define the desired period, aggregated by month, quarter or year.

Once you have created your report, click on the "..." in the Actions column to :

  • Export this reporting information in an excel format,

  • To modify the parameters (dimensions, period concerned),

  • Erase the report generated.

Company custom reports

An image says a thousand words...

On PayFit, you can create helpful and easy-to-read graphs to help you visualize and export important company data, including data related to your monthly company costs or workforce evolution.

Navigate to Reports > Custom reports and click on "Add a Report".

Add a tittle to this file, select "My Company" as the data set, select the dimensions you would like to include in the report, then define the desired period, aggregated by month, quarter or year and click on "Save".

Once you have created your report, click on the "..." in the Actions column to :

  • Export his reporting information in excel format,

  • To modify the parameters (dimensions, period concerned),

  • To display the corresponding graph (as the data concerns your company),

  • Erase the generated report.

You can see the graph of the report in this dedicated section "See the graph".

You also have easy access in the "My Dashboard" section.

The details selected for this report are for illustrative purposes only. You will notice that you can choose more or fewer details, depending on your needs.
